A plumber was hospitalised after tracking down and confronting two people who stole in work truck in the San Fernando Valley. NBC 4 reported that the theft was reported at about 1:30 p.m. in the 15400 block of Vincennes Street in San Fernando. The plumber tracked the truck to North Hills, about five miles south of where it was stolen, and was shot after encountering the carjackers. Details about the victim's condition were not immediately available. Detailed descriptions of the two people sought in the crimes were not immediately available. They were seen in a silver Honda CRV, police said. Neighbours rushed outside after hearing the plumber's cries for help and called 911.
