A mother-of-three has revealed her surprise after her electrician husband got their two daughters ready for school one day - and used zip ties to style their hair, the MailOnline has reported. Chelsea Kunz, 35, from Utah, overslept one day, so her husband Matt, 37, stepped in to get the two young girls ready for school, using zip ties to pin back their blonde locks. Electrician Matt didn't want to wake wife Chelsea by going into her bedroom to find the girls' hair bobbles so made use of the items he had to hand. He dug in his toolbox and used zip ties on Scout, four, and Hendrix, two, to do their ponytails for school. When Chelsea woke up she found the situation hilarious, because the zip ties were worked better than expected. She said: “He thought it would make me laugh - and it did. He thought they would be really durable in the hair and they did work out great.” Matt's hairstyling morning took place in December 2022 and was short lived as Chelsea changed the girls' hairstyles before they made it out of the front door for school. She explained: “They did start to slip out a bit and obviously we changed them for normal hair ties before they went to school.”
