We know that sometimes architects can get a bit...ahead of themselves! They can be a bit demanding. But, we've got to admit, this one is pretty impressive. A building that looks like a guitar. It's not a bad idea. Now, if we told you it was going to be built anywhere in the world, where do you think it would be? Go on, have a guess. Yup, America! To be more precise, it's 30 minutes from Miami. It's an impressive building. Standing at 450 feet (137 meters) tall it has 34 floors. It's going to be a hotel, and as far as they go, it's going to be a whopper! Boasting 638 guest rooms and suites, 19 restaurants, 20 bars, nightclubs, shops, and a spa! Also, visitors have access to a sprawling 13.5-acre pool, lagoon, a day pool with club atmosphere, a family-friendly man-made lake featuring paddle boats and a lazy river, a 12,000-foot rooftop bar and lounge area as well as retail stores and large spaces for conventions. It all comes with a hefty price tag though, as you can imagine. The project comes in at $1.5 billion. But, they hope that you'll spend your money to; there's a casino in the property too, which has around 195,000 square feet of gaming space and boasts of more than 3,000 slot machines. What a monster!
