The Bald Builders Breakfast paid a visit to the home of reality TV star Louie Spence to create a luxury outdoor living space. The Bald Builders - Brad Henderson and Sam Hughes - reached out to the celebrity as part of the ‘Sam Slides In’ segment on Fix Radio’s national breakfast show. In return for Louie coming on the show, Brad and Sam transformed the garden of the former Pineapple Dance Studio star with a large decking area. The Fix Radio breakfast show hosts were joined by friend of the station (and chippie) Dave Finnegan of Elwood Enterprises’ and its social media team to cover the two-day job. Sam Slides In has been an integral part of the breakfast show since its launch in May. In the segment, Sam attempts to entice a celebrity onto the show in return for a day’s building work. The home renovation project attracted national newspaper coverage in the Mirror, where both Louie and Brad talked about the importance of making the most of your outdoor space. The Bald Builders are on the hunt for their next celebrity renovation project. To listen to the full show with Louie Spence please click below.
