Posted: Monday, November 18th, 2024

London-based landscape gardener Sam Henry of SBH Landscaping was named Trade of the Year in recognition of his kindness, professionalism and attention to detail.

Sam was presented with the award during the first-ever Checkatrade Awards ceremony held in London last week.

Despite competing against top industry professionals, including close finalists Mark Gordon at ARG Telecommunications and Tom Radford at J Radford & Sons, Sam stood out for his unwavering commitment to exceptional service. He always delivered top-quality work at a fair price.

His kindness, generosity, and dedication to going above and beyond for clients, combined with his professionalism and impeccable results, set him apart.

Sam commented: “I’m truly honoured and humbled to have been named Trade of the Year at the Checkatrade Awards 2024. This recognition means so much to me, reflecting the hard work and passion I put into my craft daily.

“I’m incredibly grateful for the support of my clients, whose trust allows me to do what I love. This award is not just for me—it’s for my entire team at SBH Landscaping, whose dedication and commitment to excellence help make every project successful. I believe in delivering high-quality work with honesty and integrity, and I’m so pleased that the judges recognised these values.”
