John Roberts chats to landscaper Mark Marshall about his social media empire

Following Mark Marshall’s achievement of hitting over one million followers across all social media platforms, John Roberts host of The Landscaping Show talked to Marshall about his social media journey, his experiences in the trade and building his business Lawn, Stripes & Hedges. Roberts and Marshall also talked about the trade, landscaping on TV and much more.
Marshall said: “I just uploaded a video in November last year and a mate of mine rang me to say mate that video you have put online has had a million views. Then a week later, I uploaded another video and it did 2,000 views. I decided to look into why it went viral. So, when I looked at the data, the algorithm and analytics to the video. I just wanted to have a garden maintenance company with 10 vans sell it and go and live abroad. That was the aim. Then end game was to move abroad and just live a nice life and really wanted to go the America...When I uploaded that video, it changed.
