Fix Radio The Builders Station has launched a huge trade marketing campaign in June to drive awareness and build its audience. The radio station, specially designed for tradespeople invested in marquee ad positions across three leading trade publications – Electrical Times, The Decorator and HVP. “This is our first branding exercise since we went national in May – we’re just looking to build awareness and reach,” said Tom Burns, head of marketing, Fix Radio. The advertising campaign focused on three of the station’s specialist trade shows – The Electrical Show, The Painting & Decorating Show and the Heating & Plumbing Show. Fix Radio’s lunch time trades shows combine in-depth industry knowledge, great music and entertainment. All shows are presented by experienced tradespeople and builders who provide the authentic voice of the station. Fix Radio is planning other marketing partnerships over the next six months, as it continues to build its national brand and audience.
