A plumber has been left in agony after he was dragged along a road, while trying to stop two thieves taking his van.

30-year-old Ryan Fox was home in Sheffield, when he spotted two blokes with wearing balaclavas trying to steal his van.

CCTV footage shows Fox, dressed in t-shirt and shorts, clinging to the side door for around 12 seconds as the crooks drove up the street

Neither Fox’s Renault van, his tools or the thieves have been traced.

Despite needing hospital treatment Fox said he was thankful nothing was broken and now wants to concentrate on “getting things back right”.
