What makes these three plumbers so good?

Tom Bluck, Luke Stanyer and Dan Tempest are all nominated for the On The Tools, the Plumber of The Year award. On this week's Heating & Plumbing Show, they chat with Andy Cam and Todd Glister about being nominated, their love for the trade and why they're so good at their job. Tom who he didn't know he was nominated until a friend called him, says that he loves keeping his customers happy. "I'm a trustworthy plumber, I offer a good and safe service, and take a lot of pride in my work." For Luke when he received the call to inform him about the shortlist, he assumed it was a prank. Talking about why he chose this trade, he says: "Plumbing is perfect for me. Being out and about on the road and meeting new people is what I love. The problem-solving aspect of the job is what drew me to it." Listen to the whole show here.
