Blunders and errors are part and parcel of learning, on this week's episode of The Heating & Plumbing Show, Andy Cam and Todd Glister chat with fellow tradesmen Dylan Varsani, John Cruickshank, and Zach Ouazene to learn about some of the worst mistakes they've made on the tools. Leaving a Makita blower on-site only to have it stolen was Dylan's worst and most expensive mistake. "I only realised I’d left it on the job when I got home. I rushed back to get it and found out that it had been stolen," he recalls. For John, it was when he piped the condensing flue which cost him a new boiler. He adds: "I've done a lot of things - drilled through pipes, had fittings blow off, and fitted wrong things in the wrong room." Servicing a boiler in the wrong house has been Zach's worst mistake. "I went to the correct house first, made my introduction and then went back to the van to get my gas back. When I came back in, I went to the wrong house - when straight up started and began working on the boiler." Listen to the full episode here.
