Thomas Nagy and Paul Meenan invite Fix Radio's very own Chris Frediani to debate plasterers versus electricians and why there’s a rift. In Chris' opinion, sparks and spreads not getting along is "blown out of proportion". He says it's an old-school thing. "When I started in the trade in 1987, the sparkies were always the first ones on-site and they left cables in the middle of the ceiling which was annoying." What bothers plasterers the most about electricians is that they leave their "rubbish" behind and don't clean up after they've completed their job, according to Chris. He also shares some tips for electricians: "Tidy up after you finish. When you cut the cables and they hit the floor, pick it up! This practice will end the rift." Thomas and Paul also chat about kitchen fitters dabbling with electrics and the problems it causes sparkies. Listen to the podcast here.
