The Electrotechnical Skills Partnership (TESP) is calling for electrical contractors in England to take part in its work around apprentice charge-out rates. TESP aims to gain a deeper understanding of how employers determine charge-out rates for apprentices and the factors that influence this process. Following the results of the work, the aim is to determine what support and guidance can be developed for businesses.
The organisation would like to speak to those who have recruited an apprentice in the past two years.
TESP has commissioned Pye Tait Consulting to carry out the work. They seek businesses from across England, regardless of size, to participate in a telephone conversation lasting approximately 20-30 minutes, at a time that is convenient for you.
