The Leicester-based apprentice said: “This recognition means the world to me and speaks volumes about the dedication and hard work I’ve poured into my apprenticeship journey. I’m excited about the impact this will have on my career, opening doors to new possibilities and affirming my commitment to excellence in my field. “I’m deeply grateful to the team at Raylec who have guided and encouraged me along the way – and most importantly my dad, Ray Galligan, who’s a mentor and an inspiration. I’d also like to thank my Training Officer, Russell Hodges, and the rest of the JTL team.” Cole’s win at the AICO|HomeLINK awards follows his inclusion in eFIXX’s ‘30 under 30 – Class of 2024’ list earlier this month, which highlights some of the top young talent in the electrical industry.
