Fix Radio’s Street Team is going to have its busiest quarter ever, over the summer. Between July and September, the team will bring its upbeat soundtrack, free breakfast, merch and games to over a 100 builders’ merchants and sites up and down the country, with brands such as Checkatrade, Toupret, ValSpar and Speedy Hire. The Street Team will also appear at SuperTrowel, the bricklaying competition organised by BrickLayers Social Club later this month. There also visiting the Dulux Academy in London today. “This summer, despite the weather, is going to be one of the busiest ever. We currently have over 100 events booked ,” said Kasia Gorzycka, head of promotions, with Fix Radio. “This year, we’ve travelled further, handed out more free breakfasts and met more tradespeople than ever before. Our coverage has stretched right across the UK,” she added. The Street Team’s busy Q3 follows on from a hugely successful second quarter, where the team visited 90 sites meeting and greeting the trade first thing in the morning.
