Fix Radio, the Builders Station is set to become the in-store soundtrack at Wolseley stores across the country. From July, the biggest plumbing merchant in the UK will start to switch their in-store radios to Fix Radio. The marketing partnership is part of a larger deal that involves Wolseley sponsoring the station’s weekly Heating and Plumbing Show, hosted by Andy ‘I love plumbing’ Cam. “Our partnership with Wolseley is a first for our brand,” said Tom Burns, head of marketing, Fix Radio. “We’re planning more partnerships with Wolseley over the summer as we build our brand nationally,” he added. Wolseley Plumb & Parts has over 440 branches across the UK. Fix Radio, which has been broadcasting in London and Manchester for the last five years, expanded its coverage nation-wide at the start of May.
