Bellway Homes is stepping up to the oche with a darts-themed event to raise much-needed funds for the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity. ‘Darting for a Cause’ is the latest event to be organised by Bellway Homes graduates nationwide. Part of the graduate programme includes selecting a charity to support and delivering an innovative event to showcase various business and personal skills. The event will be held on August 17, 2024, from 12 to 5 pm at the Flight Club, Old Fayre, Manchester. Tickets are £55 per person plus booking fee, including a three-course meal and drinks package. The event promises to be a fun afternoon of dining and darts, designed to unite as many people as possible to celebrate and support the construction industry. Whether you’re a seasoned pro, a casual player, or an absolute beginner, this event is perfect for all ages and abilities. We welcome everyone to join us for a day of fun and camaraderie. Participants can purchase raffle tickets and win fantastic prizes, including exclusive experiences, top merchandise, and more. The goal is to make a positive impact while having fun. All profits from the event will be donated to the Lighthouse Charity, the only charity in the UK and Ireland that provides emotional, physical, and financial well-being support to the construction community and their families. Sarah Bolton, CEO of the Lighthouse Charity, said, “We would like to thank the Bellway Homes graduate team for supporting us once again and organising this fantastic event. “As an industry, we must encourage and attract a new generation of workers who can lead the way forward. Collaborations such as this help us raise awareness of the support available to our construction community and bring people together for a common cause.”
