On today's show, Andy Cam and Todd Glister discuss the most demanding aspects of the job, such as boiler breakdowns and repairs, emergency callouts, large-scale installations, bathrooms, and more. Neither Andy and Todd offer a 24-hour callout services, mainly because it doesn't allow for a great work/balancer. "I know many tradesmen make money being available 24/7, but it's never really been for me. I like to have some time off sometimes," Andy adds. Todd agrees: "I can see its benefits. There's much money to make, but I enjoy my life too much." Andy isn't too keen on fitting bathrooms as it's too complex. Todd shares the same opinion, "There a lot going on in bathrooms and if you're going to tackle it, read the instructions well!" Listen to the full show here.
