John Roberts is joined by Jamie Johnstone and Harry Barnes from Cotswold Garden Renovations Ltd to talk about the TV work they've done, how they run their business, tools, materials and more. Jamie and Harry first met at a Cotswold garden centre they were working in. "We decided to start our own business instead of making money for somebody else," says Jamie. Their venture Cotswold Garden Renovations undertakes everything from design and building to maintenance in the landscaping sector. Together, they also have done several TV shows such as 'Love Your Home and Garden', 'Love Your Garden', a few episodes of 'Great Garden Revolution', and a couple of other programmes. The pair also spoke about the 'high' they get from doing charity work for people who can't afford to pay for their landscaping. Harry and Jamie also reveal their favourite tools. "We started with some Makita gear and after that, we've acquired more Makita tools," Jamie notes. Harry adds: “Once you get tools from one brand, you have to stick to it as the batteries and chargers for the power tools are all different for each manufacturer.” Listen to the podcast here.
