Fix Radio - the Builders Station has continued to grow its audience size and listening hours. The commercial radio station, which launched 2017, now reaches 451,635 tradespeople every week, according to figures compiled by Nielsen, a global leader in audience measurement, data and analytics. The latest audience report also showed that listeners were now tuning in to Fix Radio’s mix of upbeat music and onsite banter for an average of 26.9 hours every week. The station also boasts 3.9 average daily listening hours. “During 2023 Fix Radio went from strength-to-strength, adding listeners every day and keeping them tuned-in for longer,” said Louis Timpany, CEO and founder, Fix Radio. “It is amazing how quickly we’ve grown since we went national in May 2022. I’m confident that our offering of entertainment, upbeat music and authentic trade voices will continue to attract listeners in 2024,” he added. The latest report from Nielsen also indicated that the station’s potential weekly reach - a figure that takes into account that several construction workers are within earshot of the radio - had reached 532,363 tradespeople a week. Fix Radio has been working with Nielsen since it went national to generate an in-depth audit of its audience, and their listening habits. For a copy of the report please email sales@fixradio.co.uk.
