On today's show, Chris Frediani and Bradleigh 'Bradders' Hancock are joined by spray cork plasterer Oliver Chapman and historic buildings expert Philip Gaches to discuss what goes into their perfect mix. Chapman says: "My mix consists of three portions of granulated cork and a bag of resin to give it that elasticity and make it a crack-resistant product." Historic buildings plastering expert Philip Gaches says that as he primarily takes on heritage jobs "every job is different" meaning the mix is varied too. "We have the break the mixes down and see what's best suited for the property. Some mixes come with sand, lime or earth. We use a broad range of materials - from chalk to stone, lime, sand and earth," Philip explains. Listen to the full episode here.
