Checkatrade and Band of Builders will work closely together to raise awareness of the support available to tradespeople and their families
Checkatrade, a home improvement platform, has announced Band of Builders as its official charity partner for 2026, marking a commitment to continue supporting the trade community and helping current members run and grow their businesses.
Emma Grant, head of trade engagement at Checkatrade, said, “This partnership is rooted in shared values. We work with thousands of tradespeople across the UK, and we see the dedication and resilience in the industry every day.
“We’ve already joined some of the fantastic events Band of Builders have set up as volunteers and know that partnering with them will allow us to give something meaningful back and to support the people behind the tools when they need it most.”
Throughout 2026, Checkatrade and Band of Builders will work closely together to raise awareness of the support available to tradespeople and their families, share real stories from across the industry, and encourage fundraising and volunteering initiatives that celebrate the positive impact of the trade community.
