Fix Radio Community Initiative - PPE!

In the construction industry, exposure to hazardous dusts and chemicals remains a critical health threat.

Sadly, many tradespeople are using incorrect, poorly fitting or substandard PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

The wrong or inadequate respiratory protection, or failure to use it at all, dramatically increases the risk of irreversible lung disease, cancer and early death. 

 

So, Fix Radio teamed up with Start Safety to make sure our community is properly informed and protected!  

The Fix Radio Street Team were out and about to highlight the importance of protecting yourself, as well as giving out free high-grade PPE masks and our usual free Fix Radio breakfast!
