From humble beginnings, England’s brightest players have moved into stunning builds.
Plenty of England’s 2026 World Cup squad grew up in pretty standard houses, where their careers were able to flourish from a young age. Yet, once those professional cheques started coming in, they were able to splash out and buy the houses of their dreams.
Some of these builds are truly impressive and reflect the players' quality. As the England squad prepare to finally bring it back home, it’s a good opportunity to look at where ‘home’ is these days.
Harry Kane’s Munich Mansion

Harry Kane might have been on the run of his lifetime recently, but he isn’t just evolving on the field. Back in England, he also spent around £20 million on the construction of a neo-Georgian mansion in the Wentworth Estate in Surrey.
While the building may be beautiful, it is perhaps outmatched by his Munich mansion. Staying in a £30 million abode in an area known as the Beverly Hills of Bavaria, the spacious and classically-designed construction is a reminder of the quality of German builds.
Marcus Rashford Dreams Big

Kane isn’t the only England player dropping major money on creating the house of their dreams. Marcus Rashford recently had to fork out £2.5 million to help create an eco-mansion in Cheshire.
Built on a former golf course and boasting a private 9-hole course of its own, the building will also feature a gym, pool, and plenty of sustainable features. Although it has been hit with major delays, it seems construction may be nearing its end.
Jordan Pickford Goes Royal

Jordan Pickford has been a mainstay of the England squad in recent years, conceding only 54 goals across his 84 appearances. Pickford has put his pay to good use by buying an eight-bed manor house in Cheshire.
With royals having formerly stayed on the property, the £2.1 million house is of Georgian design, with plenty of modern features. Interestingly, it was originally built in 1860 and still conveys much of that history in its interior build.
Jude Bellingham’s Spanish Sensation

Jude Bellingham splits his time between living in the UK and living in Spain, as he continues to contribute to Real Madrid’s fantastic record. It is in Barnt Green, in Worcestershire, where Bellingham chose to settle down, with the midfielder constructing two houses to the tune of $9 million.
While these builds might be high in luxury, it’s his Spanish residence that’s worth talking about. Located in La Finca, Pozuelo de Alarcón, this has also become known as the Beverly Hills of Madrid and features an array of new-builds. Bellingham’s is stunning, the £5.5 million home featuring a modernist style and all the bells and whistles one might expect.
