Installers can enter several categories, including one for each region of the UK, Best HVAC Installer, Best Renewables Installer, and Rising Star
The Heating Installer Awards 2026 are now open for entries. Returning for an 11th year, the awards invite top heating installers from all over the UK to submit their best domestic project, demonstrating how they’ve solved a problem with technical know-how and expertise.
Installers can enter several categories, including one for each region of the UK, Best HVAC Installer, Best Renewables Installer, and Rising Star, which celebrates the industry's future.
In addition, homeowners can nominate an installer who has impressed them with their work. The awards team will then contact the installer to obtain any missing details.
No project is too big or small, and often, award-winning jobs involve clever thinking applied to solve a problem.
The sponsors' prize bundle includes a three-night stay at Danfoss’s HQ in Denmark and many products. Winning installers also have access to training sessions, exclusive events, and support from fellow top installers.
With a big focus on community, the awards are also supported by a reputable Board of Trustees comprising previous award winners and industry leaders. This helps make the judging process fair and transparent.
Craig Gilhome was crowned the Best Heating Installer of 2025 for his project, which involved fitting a complex barn conversion with mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR), a ground-source heat pump, and air conditioning.
He said, “I’ve seen how winning this award can change the future for an installer. I’ve always delivered my best work for my customers, and winning the national award was the best recognition I could have asked for – it’s also helped my business.”
Are you an installer who thinks you have what it takes to win? If so, submit your entries online here. Entries close in February 2026; winners will be announced at InstallerSHOW in June 2026.
