The Construction Leadership Council starts consultation on industry's mental health crisis, fuel prices rise in September and landscapers lose £11,000k worth of tools
The Construction Leadership Council (CLC) has launched a consultation process with key stakeholders to investigate the root causes of the industry’s mental health crisis.
The CLC made mental health a priority at its Health Safety and Wellbeing summit in July.
It has since been working with Mates in Mind and the University of Warwick to identify the root causes for poor mental health in construction.
The consultation process will run until the start of November.
Mark Reynolds, the co-chair of the CLC said: “By working in partnership and being ambitious, we can drive improvements in mental health across the sector.”
