Thomas and Paul re-visit Solar/PV as an 'ism' and are joined by Mark Kerr, Lead Electrician at Joju Solar. Mark joined Joju a few years ago and has built a team of Electricians that work with him. On this episode he explains what his job consists of and comments on some of the benefits of working in solar as well as some of the challenges the industry faces with recycling old panels and products. Thomas and Paul also chat a bit about green and how sustainable a lot of net zero focussed tech actually is
