Izzy takes a look at apprenticeships and how we're bringing new blood into bricklaying. Izzy's friend and bricklayer, James Naughton talks about how an apprenticeship moulded him and led him to bring proactive in bringing apprentices into his business. Jack, a bricklaying lecturer from Hertford Regional College explains how the new generation are being taught and what can be done to attract more school leavers to the trade. Izzy is also joined by Heidi who runs courses in construction for women looking to find a career in construction.
