Have you got what it takes to be Top of the Trades?

On the Clive Holland Show, with Wickes TradePro we're again looking for the trades that are not just brilliant on site, but have got what it takes upstairs!

We're giving you the chance for you to represent your trade and win £2,500 to spend at Wickes.

We're looking for ALL trades to take part - so even if you've tried your hand before, REGISTER NOW to get involved!

Here's How it Works:

  • Clive Holland will put you to the test with 60 seconds of general knowledge and trivia questions.

  • We'll total up your score and add you to our leader board

  • Be TOP of the TRADES on the leader board after we play the game on Thursday and you'll win £2,500 to spend at Wickes

  • Don't forget, you're also playing for the honour of your trade - and maybe our GRAND winner for 2026!

The first game kicks off on Monday, 27th April running Monday to Thursday

Terms and Conditions

Fix Radio Ltd is the Promoter of this competition. By entering this competition, you agree to the Fix Radio Competition Terms and Conditions, the Fix Radio Privacy Policy as well as the additional terms outlined below, which apply specifically to this competition.

  • Entry Limit: Each person may enter only once. Any additional entries will be discarded.
  • Competition Duration: The competition will run on air from 20/04/26 to 30/04/26     
  • Sign-Up Period: Entries open at 00:00 on 20/04/2026 and close at 09:00 on 29/04/2026. Sole entry route is via the Win page at fixradio.co.uk
  • How to Play:
    • One contestant will be randomly selected via a random number generator to play Top of the Trades with Wickes TradePro
    • Contestants will represent their professional Trade as given from the entry form. Once one of the trades has played, then further contestant draws will be made from trades that have not already been selected.
    • The show airs Monday to Thursday from 12:00 to 15:00.
    • The first game will be played on 27/04/2026.
    • The final game will take place on 30/04/2026.
    • A total of Four will be played.
  • Contestant Eligibility:
  • Once a contestant has played, they will not be eligible for future draws in this edition competition.
  • Employees of Fix Radio, Wickes, Wickes TradePro and associated partners are not eligible to enter.

Prize Breakdown

The total amount of prizes available over the 1 week of gameplay will be £2,500 Wickes voucher, awarded to one winner

The contestant who is top of the leader board (most correct answers in 60 seconds) wins.

  • In the event of 2 or more contestants having the same number of correct answers then a round robin tie break will take place, on air, in a sudden death format. In each round of questions if a tie break contestant gets a question wrong, they will lose and the other contestant will take the prize. - Contestants have 5 seconds to give an answer to the question posed.

  • Fix Radio reserves the right to alter, amend, or cancel this competition without prior notice due to circumstances beyond its control.

  • The use of 3rd party Apps, websites or similar systems to take part in this competition is prohibited and may result in disqualification, even after a contestant has been notified as a winner.

  • All gameplay decisions made by Fix Radio presenters and producers are final.

Prize Distribution

  • All prizes will be distributed within 14 days of the end of the competition, No cash alternative will be offered. Wickes Vouchers are subject to further Terms, Conditions and expiry dates. 

Grand Final 2026

  • The competition will consist of four competitions, followed by one (1) final competition. 
  • One participant from each of the four competitions, as determined by the judging criteria, will qualify for the final.
  • Entry into the final is limited to one (1) representative per trade only. Where more than one entrant from the same trade qualifies for the final based on performance in the preliminary competitions, only the highest-ranking entrant from that trade will progress to the final
  • No two finalists may represent the same trade. For Example two electricians may not compete in the Grand Final. The determination of the highest-ranking entrant from each trade and eligibility for the final shall be at the sole discretion of the Fix Radio, whose decision shall be final. 
  • For the purposes of the competition, a "trade" is defined as the entrant's primary profession as declared at the time of entry. Fix Radio reserves the right to determine trade classification where necessary.
