One of the best parts of being on site is that ten-minute breather.
The builder’s brew.
A mug, a chat, and a bit of banter.
But we’ve got a problem.
Brad’s favourite mug is broken.
Kerry from the Fix Radio Street Team has a replacement.
The only catch? She’s in Scotland… and the studio’s on the South Coast.
So we’re launching The Grand Builders’ Tea-Lay.
We need 7 legendary Mug Bearers to help relay the mug from Glasgow to Chichester, one brew at a time. You’ll meet the previous bearer live on air during Breakfast, have a cuppa, grab the mug, and carry it to the next handover point.
Do your bit for the nation’s brews and you’ll earn:
£1,000 cash
An official Fix Radio Mug Bearer mug
A limited-edition Grand Builders’ Tea-Lay T-shirt
1,000 tea bags of your choice
Transport it however you like.
Make it as sensible or as ridiculous as you dare.
There’s also an extra £250 up for grabs at the end for the most entertaining delivery.
Think you’re up to it?
Pick your leg, tell us how you’d move the mug, and let’s get brewing.
