As The Met Office confirms that summer 2025 was officially the hottest on record for the United Kingdom, we’re talking about working in that heat! The World Health Organization and the World Meteorological Organization have reported recently that millions of workers are exposed to heat stress, which affects their health, and their performance. They’ve both called for governments, employers, and workers to co-operate to develop adaptation strategies!
