Today was all about when banter goes too far and becomes bullying. With research showing that 21% of construction employees have experienced bullying in the last year, and almost 3 in 10 claiming the bullying was labelled as ‘banter’. We wanted to establish what's over the line and how we stop and ultimately prevent it on site! We were joined by GMB Union Rep Charlotte Brumpton-Childs and Jimmy Hendry for an insight into how bullying can occur and affect people on site.
