Content Assignment Agreement

General Terms

I certify that I am the sole owner of all intellectual property rights for this content or have the express permission of the rights holder to submit this content to Fix Radio Limited for exclusive publishing on Fix Radio Limited. I agree to submit and licence this content to Fix Radio Limited and their associated companies for their use at their sole discretion.

For the purposes of this Agreement, “Licensor” means the individual or entity submitting the content.

The Licensor confirms they are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Content Publishing Acknowledgement

I understand that the content I am submitting may be published across Fix Radio Limited web properties and social platforms including, but not limited to, YouTube, fixradio.co.uk, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X, and any other platforms or distribution channels Fix Radio Limited may use now or in the future, as determined by Fix Radio Limited according to the terms of this agreement, which I have read and agree to.

I further acknowledge and agree that Fix Radio Limited may edit, crop, adapt, subtitle, caption, or otherwise modify the content where necessary for formatting, clarity, compliance, or platform-specific requirements, without altering the fundamental meaning or intent.

Exclusive Licensing

I agree that Fix Radio Limited, as the “Licence Holder”, be granted the exclusive, royalty-free, unlimited right to use, exhibit, distribute, reproduce, adapt, edit, and otherwise exploit the content in any manner across all Fix Radio Limited platforms throughout the world, in perpetuity, for any purpose whatsoever as Fix Radio Limited in its sole discretion may determine (the “Licensed Rights”).

I authorise Fix Radio Limited to enforce the Licensed Rights on my behalf where necessary.

I certify that I act with full lawful authority to grant this licence, and warrant that there has not been any previous grant of any other licence to third parties in relation to this content. It is expressly understood that Fix Radio Limited has not assumed any obligations under any other contracts entered into by myself.

I further undertake not to enter into any future agreements over this content with any third parties, as required by the exclusivity of this agreement, and will promptly forward any communications regarding my content to Fix Radio Limited as the Licence Holder.

I hereby agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless Fix Radio Limited and its successors from any action arising from the use of the content, resulting from any breach by Licensor of any warranty, representation, or other provision of these Terms.

The Licensor waives any moral rights in the content to the extent permitted by law.

Publicity / Confidentiality

The Licensor warrants that all individuals appearing in the content have consented to its use under these terms.

I shall not release, or cause the release of, any information concerning the Licensed Rights, Fix Radio Limited, or the terms of this Licence.

I will inform Fix Radio Limited if there are any changes to my personal details for the duration of this agreement.

Fix Radio Limited undertakes to maintain personal details confidentially and in accordance with all relevant data protection laws and the Privacy Policy available on its website and incorporated herein.

Terms & Services

I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the additional terms and conditions displayed on the Fix Radio Limited website, which are incorporated herein by reference and subject to change.

Termination Clause

This Licence may only be terminated by mutual written agreement of the parties with five (5) months’ notice. I agree to indemnify Fix Radio Limited for any losses from third-party contracts arising due to termination.

Termination will have no effect on any prior use or treatment of the content by Fix Radio Limited, which may continue in perpetuity.
