Benjamin Moore Product & Grand Prize Competition: Terms and Conditions

Overview

• The Promoter of this competition is Fix Radio Ltd, a company registered in England, number 09804949, registered office Unit N201c Vox Studios, 1-45 Durham Street, London, England, SE11 5JH.
• By entering this competition, you agree to the Fix Radio Competition Terms and Conditions and the Fix Radio Privacy Policy, as well as the specific terms outlined below. Where these specific terms conflict with the General Terms, these specific terms take precedence.
• This competition is part of Fix Radio's on-ground activity for Benjamin Moore and runs from 07:00 on Monday the 24th of August 2026 to 13:00 on Friday the 2nd of October 2026.
• The competition comprises seven draws in total: six Product Draws, each for 5no. 3.78L tins (US Gallon) Benjamin Moore Scuff-X Satin or Eggshell in Super White, and one Grand Prize Draw for a trip to New York.
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK at the date of entry.
• Employees of Fix Radio Ltd and Benjamin Moore, and their immediate families, may not enter.
• Entry is in person at the listed locations, on their respective visit dates, between approximately 07:00 and 13:00.

* Product Draws

• Entrants are entered only into the draw for the calendar week in which they sign up. A sign-up made in one week is never carried into another week's draw.
• One entry per person, per week. Additional entries in the same week will be discarded.
• One winner is drawn at random each week from that week's valid sign-ups.
• Each Bundle Draw will take place within 28 days of that week's closing time below, and is likely to take place on the same day, though this isn't guaranteed.
• The entry period for each week is as follows:
  • Week 1
    • Entries open 07:00 Monday the 24th of August 2026.
    • Entries close 13:00 Friday the 28th of August 2026.
  • Week 2
    • Entries open 07:00 Tuesday the 1st of September 2026.
    • Entries close 13:00 Friday the 4th of September 2026.
  • Week 3
    • Entries open 07:00 Monday the 7th of September 2026.
    • Entries close 13:00 Friday the 11th of September 2026.
  • Week 4
    • Entries open 07:00 Monday the 14th of September 2026.
    • Entries close 13:00 Friday the 18th of September 2026.
  • Week 5
    • Entries open 07:00 Monday the 21st of September 2026.
    • Entries close 13:00 Friday the 25th of September 2026.
  • Week 6
    • Entries open 07:00 Monday the 28th of September 2026.
    • Entries close 13:00 Friday the 2nd of October 2026.
• Each Product Draw winner will receive 5no. 3.78L tins (US Gallon) Benjamin Moore Scuff-X Satin or Eggshell in Super White. Prize worth £572.5 at MRSP
• Prizes will be available for collection by the winner from the participating store location where the competition entry was made.
• There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.

** Grand Prize Draw

• Every valid entry submitted at any point during the competition period (07:00 Monday the 24th of August 2026 to 13:00 Friday the 2nd of October 2026) is automatically entered into the Grand Prize Draw, in addition to that week's Product Draw.
• Each entrant is included in the Grand Prize Draw once only, regardless of how many separate weeks they entered.
• The Grand Prize Draw will take place within 28 days of the competition closing at 13:00 on Friday the 2nd of October 2026.
• The Grand Prize winner will receive an unforgettable trip to New York:

Terms & Conditions 

1. During the promotional period there will be one prize available.
2. All travellers must be aged 18 or over.
3. The prize includes return economy flights from a selected UK airport to New York (direct services only, where available), return transfers between the arrival airport and hotel, three nights'  accommodation at a minimum 4-star hotel in New York based on two adults sharing a twin or double room and daily breakfast.
4. The trip is valid for travel until 30th September 2027, Travel is excluded over Christmas, Easter, all UK bank holidays, 4th July and Thanksgiving weekends.
5. All requests for travel dates are subject to availability. Travel will be subject to flight and hotel availability at the date of booking the trip. The winner should notify the Promoter at least six weeks in advance of his/her preferred dates for taking the trip. 
6. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within the competition. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by the promotional agent.
7. The winner will be required to provide the prize provider two requested dates for travel that must coordinate with the limitations in clause 4.
8. The Promoter or Cloud Nine will accept no responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being withdrawn or amended.  In the event of this, Cloud Nine will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.
9. All travel arrangements offered are at the discretion of Cloud Nine and the promoter. Any requests relating to airport, airlines, hotels, or dates cannot be guaranteed.
10. Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier.
11. Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner.  The Promoter or Cloud Nine cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.
12. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
13. Travel insurance is not included in the prize and is the responsibility of the winner to arrange; proof of valid travel insurance will be required prior to departure.
14. The winner and their guest are responsible for complying with all health, safety, and travel requirements applicable at the time of travel, which may include vaccinations testing, quarantine, or other protocols mandated by relevant authorities or travel providers. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).
15. The winner and their guest agree to adhere to all local laws and guidelines during their stay.
16. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from home to the airport, gratuities, meals or other travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guest.
17. The organizer is not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages arising from the acceptance or use of the prize.

Notification and Publicity

• Winners will be notified within 28 days of their draw taking place, by phone, email or in writing, and must claim their prize within 21 days of notification or it may be awarded to an alternative winner.
• By entering, winners agree that Fix Radio may publish or broadcast their first name and home town, and may request their participation in photo or filming sessions to promote the competition.
