We’re now expanding our Long-Term Partnerships team and are looking for an ambitious Account Director to help grow and retain our valued partnerships.

As a Long Term Partnerships Account Director, you’ll play a key role in Partnership Retention and growth .

You’ll be joining a growing team of experienced radio professionals within our wider commercial department. 

Working closely with senior colleagues, you’ll help bring branded content ideas to life from sponsorships and promotions to interactive solutions helping our commercial partners connect with Fix Radio’s unique trade audience.

This team plays a crucial role within the wider commercial business, delivering an impressive 89% partner renewal rate in 2025. The focus is on building meaningful, strategic relationships that drive long-term value for both our partners and the station.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver campaigns and projects in line with client briefs and agreed activity plans

  • Manage client budgets, timelines, and overall project delivery

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment

  • Lead monthly performance presentations and client meetings ( mix of Virtual and in person) 

  • Quarterly in Person Client meetings across the UK 

  • Oversee complex campaigns and large-scale or strategic partnerships

  • Drive incremental revenue growth through proactive upselling opportunities

  • Manage key partner renewals and long-term account retention strategies

  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through premium hospitality and event hosting, including occasional evenings and weekends

  • CRM Management - For Accurate forecasting and pipeline management 

  • Attend Monthly commercial meetings at our offices in Vauxhall London 

  • Maintain and strengthen long-term key partnership

Essential Skills: 

  • Extensive Experience in Radio sales or Account Management

  • Clear, confident communicator who enjoys building relationships

  • Motivated, well-organised and proactive with a winning mindset

  • Exceptional Work Ethic 

  • Proven Track record of client retention and growth 

  • Commercially minded and keen to learn

  • Comfortable working independently with support from the wider team

The Package:

  • Salary: Competitive Base + performance-based commission structure (Competitive OTE)

  • Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays

  • Hours: 9am to 5pm

  • Location: Remote-first, with attendance required at our monthly team meetings in London

  • Contract: Permanent, with a 3 month probation period
