On DAB

Tuning to Fix Radio via DAB checklist:

• Are you within the Greater London area? ( Click here to see a map of our broadcast range)
• Do you have a DAB radio?
• Have you returned/rescanned your radio? ( Rescanning/Retuning gives you the ability to pick up new DAB stations)

To tune in via DAB you will first need to have a DAB radio and be within our broadcast range. We do NOT have an FM frequency. If you don't have a DAB radio or you're outside our broadcast range, you can always tune in via our app or online.

If you have a DAB radio and can't seem to find us in your station selection, this usually means you need to rescan/retune your DAB radio.
If after a rescan/retune you still don't pick us up and you're within our Greater London broadcast range, we suggest that you try the rescan/retune outdoors as the DAB signal can be weakened by walls.

If these steps don't work. we suggest that you tune in via our app or online.
