• By entering this competition you agree to the Fix Radio Competition Terms and Conditions, and the Fix Radio Privacy Policy.
• This competition runs from Monday 23rd September 2024 at 00:01 to Thursday 31st of October 2024 at 23:59.
• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or
  over, with the exception of Starrett employees, their close relatives and
  anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same
  person will be disqualified.
• The Prize
  • The L.S. Starrett Company Ltd will provide the prize of £1000 worth of Starrett
    products based on the current product prices found on starrett.co.uk
  • The winner will be provided with an order sheet containing the product codes,
    product names, and product prices used to calculate the value.
  • Multiples of certain items is acceptable.
  • The value of the prize shall not exceed £1000 (Ex Vat), and any shortfall will
    be rounded up based on final selection.
  • Any shortfall up to the value of the prize will contribute toward the shipping
    costs
  • Shipping is included as part of the prize – UK only.
  • The prize winner must make their selection of Starrett products by Saturday 30th
    November 2024.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 28 days of
  notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and
  pick a replacement winner.
• Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used
  solely in accordance with current GDPR legislation and will not be disclosed
  to a third party.
• The prize is as stated, no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The
  prize/s are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve
  the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving
  notice.
