Paul is the host of Kickin’ Off, your one stop shop for everything sports related. If Paul doesn't know it then it ain't worth knowing about. In fact, he is so knowledgeablehe infrequently appears on Trev & Ben's Show Brew & Banter<\/em> as the infamous 'Sportsmaster', He knows about everything from horse racing to gymnastics. <\/p>\n\nHis credentials are pretty impressive. Paul is known to thousands of Londoners as the voice of the Emirates Stadium where he is the stadium announcer for the Gunners, a job he’s done since 1991 (the year that Ed Sheeran was born!). <\/p>\n\n
He's even been the announcer at Wembley during the prestigious London Olympics, as well as international games. During the 2012 European Championships in Ukraine he did the business there - so he's well travelled as well as well knowledgeable. <\/p>\n\n
And, if you catch a bit of an accent, then you'd be right. Paul's a proud Brummie (there had to be one!). He's worked for Capital Gold, BRMB and Chiltern Radio. <\/p>\n\n

So, we thought it was our duty to get you up to speed with the man behind the mic. <\/p>\n\n

Ugly Phil is well known down under. He's worked on some of Australia’s biggest radio stations including Triple M, SAFM in Adelaide, FOX FM Melbourne, B105 Brisbane and has hosted Breakfast on Triple M Sydney, the Hot30 Countdown<\/a> and Drive at Nova 969<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n He's so well know that it's become big news, attracting attention from international media. <\/p>\n\n Before the Fix Radio announcement, speculation was rife online, with Phil tipped to join Radio X, Virgin or Absolute Radio but we snapped him up and can't wait for him to get on air. <\/p>\n\n He's no stranger to The UK thought. Phil has worked for XFM, KISS and LBC.<\/p>\n\n Perhaps you might know him from the Breakfast Show on Kerrang! Radio, where he won the Sony Breakfast Show of the Year silver and hosted from 2004 to 2007,<\/p>\n\n Phil said about Fix, “I don’t think it needs Fixing coz it’s the perfect station already. I can’t wait to join Fix Radio’s breakfast show, and I think I’ll be a perfect fit because people have been telling me that I’m a tool for years”.<\/p>\n\n Fix Radio’s Program Director, Graham Mack said, “Great radio stations are built on great talent and Ugly Phil is one of the world’s best.
